Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Service Description

We coordinate delivery of farm-fresh produce from local New Zealand farms to customer households. We act as an intermediary connecting farms with consumers and facilitating order coordination and delivery logistics.

Order Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until you receive confirmation from our coordination team.

Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment terms and methods will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery Terms

Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, farm harvesting schedules, and logistical factors. We will make reasonable efforts to meet specified delivery windows but cannot guarantee exact timing.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information may incur additional charges.

Product Variations

Agricultural products vary by season and availability. We reserve the right to substitute comparable items if specific products become unavailable. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

Produce appearance may differ from images shown on the website. Images are representative examples and actual products may vary in size, color, and exact appearance.

Cancellation and Modification

You may cancel or modify orders by contacting us before Wednesday of the delivery week. Cancellations or modifications requested after this deadline may not be possible as farms have already begun harvest preparation.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if products become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events or crop failures.

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality produce. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of delivered items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve quality concerns appropriately.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

We do not guarantee that website operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for technical issues that may affect website access or order processing.
