We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters regarding existing orders, please include your order reference in your message.
We ship throughout Spain and the European Union. Standard delivery within Spain takes 2-4 business days. EU deliveries typically arrive within 5-10 business days. All orders are packaged in airtight containers to preserve freshness during transit.
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened tea packages. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
